Our Android player is supplied through the instructions confirmed by the team. Use the correct build for your device and keep login information private. Other similarly named IPTV apps are not automatically connected with this service.
Set up for a remote, not a touchscreen
Check that focus moves clearly between controls, that the back button behaves as expected and that your player can switch audio tracks where available. A phone application that technically installs may still be awkward to use from a sofa.
Check guide and VPN behaviour
Confirm local time, available EPG data and favourites. Ask support about the integrated VPN on your supported player configuration. It does not replace a good broadband connection or guarantee access to every programme.
