Be specific about the channel
Requests often include RTÉ One, RTÉ2, TG4 and Virgin Media. Tell support the exact feed and programmes you care about. These names describe viewer interests, not an official partnership or a guarantee of availability on every server.
Check language and accessibility
If Irish-language programmes, subtitles or a particular audio track matter to you, include them in the request. During the trial, test a representative programme rather than assuming all versions share the same options.
Look beyond the live picture
Check the programme name, local time and guide information. Catch-up may be offered only on particular channels and should be tested separately. Keep a short list of missing or inaccurate items so the team can investigate the right selection.
